Our cancellation policy is 3 days, you will be able to reschedule your own booking through Class Bento, if needed, after making the booking, if it is within the 3 days we do not provide a refund, you are able to arrange for someone else to attend. Ceramics take approximately 6 weeks after the class date to be finished and we notify the person who made the booking in an email from Class Bento and a text message.
