If you have visited the studio recently and completed a course or class, your ceramics will have different turn around times from when you leave to when they are available for collection. Please see the breakdown below and refer to the experience you completed to understand how we contact you, if we do and when it will be. We recommend marking Class Bento as a safe sender in your mail box.
Class (single 2 hour class)
If you have completed a one off class, either wheel throwing or hand building, we send a message (via Class Bento in an email) to the person who made the booking when the ceramics are ready for collection, this is usually 4-6 weeks after the class, please allow 6 weeks before contacting us.
The person who booked also receives a text message to remind them to check their emails for the detailed message which includes our opening times for that week and some extra info. It’s required that you collect them within 4 weeks from the date of the email/message.
Course (six weeks)
If you have completed a course we reach out to you once the final ceramics have been bisque fired, this is approx 2 weeks after the course, we try and get this done as soon as possible however when the weather is cooler ceramics take longer to dry. Customers come in at different times once this message is sent out via email (via Class Bento) so we advise to pop in 3 weeks after you have glazed your final ceramics to then collect your pieces. Our opening hours are posted on Instagram and available to view at the bottom of the home page of the website.
